Curtain Times

All performances begin ON TIME. Season performances in the Potter Rose Performance Hall are Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday evening at 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday matinee at 2 p.m.  Performance times for A Christmas Carol and other events may vary.

Where do I park?

NEW!  Lexus Silver Parking now available

The AT&T Performing Arts Center now offers secure underground parking immediately adjacent to the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre in Lexus Silver Parking.  The Lexus Silver Parking facility is located beneath the currently under-construction City Performance Hall, directly across (East) Jack Evans from the Wyly Theatre.  Lexus Silver Parking is a brightly lit, one story parking facility. There is a secure underground tunnel that provides direct access to the Wyly Theater from Lexus Silver Parking.

Parking may be purchased in advance through the Box Office or on the AT&T Performing Arts Center website, or at the gate prior to an event.  (Cash and Credit Card accepted) Event parking is available to all guests at the following rates:

• Valet Parking – $25
• Self Parking – $15
• Handicap Parking, Designated Spaces & any Undesignated Spaces –-$15

There is limited valet parking available in Lexus Silver Parking, so advance purchase is strongly urged.

Lexus Silver Parking entrance may only be accessed by northbound traffic on Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street) from Ross.   The directions to Lexus Silver Parking include the following:

From US 75 South/I-45 North: Take US 75/I-45 towards downtown Dallas.  Take exit 1A toward I-35E S/Waco (Woodall Rodgers Fwy.)  Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Pearl St. as you merge onto the Woodall Rodgers Fwy. service road.  Turn left at the traffic light onto Pearl St, and then take the first left onto eastbound Woodall Rodgers Fwy. service road.  Turn right on the second road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Routh Street.  Proceed to Ross Avenue and turn right, and then turn right onto Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street).    The entrance to Lexus Silver Parking will be on your right immediately after turning onto Jack Evans.

• Take US 75/I-45 towards downtown Dallas.
• Take exit 1A toward I-35E S/Waco (Woodall Rodgers Fwy.)
• Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Pearl St and merge onto Woodall Rodgers Fwy. service road.
• Turn left at Pearl St.
• Turn left onto the Woodall Rodgers Fwy. service road.
• Turn right on the 2nd road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Routh St.
• Proceed to Ross Ave. and turn right.
• Turn right onto Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street)
• The entrance to Lexus Silver Parking will be on your right immediately after turning onto Jack Evans.

From I-35 North/South:  Take I-35 towards downtown Dallas. Take exit 429-A toward I-45/US-75/Houston.  Merge onto TX-366 Spur E/Woodall Rodgers Fwy.  Exit Pearl Street, and keep right at the fork circling around to merge northbound Olive Street.  Turn right (or east) on eastbound Woodall Rodgers service road. Turn right on the second road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Routh Street.  Proceed to Ross Avenue and turn right, and then turn right onto Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street).    The entrance to Lexus Silver Parking will be on your right immediately after turning onto Jack Evans.

From Dallas North Tollway:  Turn onto the Dallas North Tollway South service road.  Merge onto Dallas North Tollway South (toll required).  Take the exit toward Hines Blvd Downtown.  Merge onto Harry Hines Blvd.  Turn left at Moody St.  Continue onto N Pearl St.  Turn left onto the Woodall Rodgers Fwy service road.   Turn right on the second road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Routh Street.  Proceed to Ross Avenue and turn right, and then turn right onto Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street).    The entrance to Lexus Silver Parking will be on your right immediately after turning onto Jack Evans.

From DFW Airport:  Take the South exit out of DFW Airport.  Merge onto TX-183 toward Irving/Dallas.  TX-183 becomes I-35E South/US-77 South.  Merge onto TX-366 West Woodall Rodgers Fwy. East toward I-45/Houston/US-75.  Exit Pearl Street, and keep right at the fork circling around to merge onto Olive Street.  Turn right (or east) on eastbound Woodall Rodgers service road.  Turn right on the second road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Routh Street.  Proceed to Ross Avenue and turn right, and then turn right onto Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street).    The entrance to Lexus Silver Parking will be on your right immediately after turning onto Jack Evans.

From I-30 East:  Take I-30 towards downtown Dallas. Take exit 45A on the left to merge onto I-35E N toward Denton.  Take exit 429A toward US-75/Mc Kinney.  Merge onto TX-366 Spur E/Woodall Rodgers Fwy. Exit at Field St and turn left onto Field St.  Take first left (east) onto eastbound Woodall Rodgers service road.  Continue past Pearl St and turn right on the second road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Routh Street.  Proceed to Ross Avenue and turn right, and then turn right onto Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street).    The entrance to Lexus Silver Parking will be on your right immediately after turning onto Jack Evans.

From I-30 West:  Take I-30 towards downtown Dallas. Take exit 47B to merge onto US-75 N toward Mc Kinney.  Take exit 286A toward I-35 E/Denton.  Merge onto Woodall Rodgers Fwy/TX-366 Spur W.  Exit at Field St. and turn left onto Field St.  Take first left (east) onto eastbound Woodall Rodgers service road.  Continue past Pearl St. and turn right on the second road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Routh Street.  Proceed to Ross Avenue and turn right, and then turn right onto Jack Evans (formerly Fairmount Street).    The entrance to Lexus Silver Parking will be on your right immediately after turning onto Jack Evans.

What should I wear?

There is no dress code at the Dallas Theater Center.  Theatergoers wear everything from jeans to suits to the little black dress.

Seating Accessibility for Everyone

Dallas Theater Center is committed to making our performances accessible to the widest possible audiences. Both theaters are equipped to accommodate physically challenged patrons. Does DTC have assistive listening devices

Assistive listening devices are available upon request at the Dallas Theater Center. Our state-of-the-art devices may be used by patrons to help enhance their enjoyment of the performance. Devices may be obtained at the box office before the show, and a driver's license will be held by the theater staff until the device is returned at the completion of the performance. For specific questions about the assistive listening devices, please call the AT&T Performing Arts Center Box Office at 214.880.0202.

Late Seating

Five minutes before curtain time, all available seats are released to Standby patrons. Should you arrive late to your scheduled performance, the House Manager will seat you at the first appropriate opportunity. Late Seating is at the discretion of the Patron Services Manager. If you are unable to take your assigned seat, please accept the seating available and take your ticketed seat at intermission.

Pay What You Can Performances

We offer patrons an opportunity to pay whatever they can afford for a ticket to select Preview Friday Evening performances. Subject to availability. Call our Subscriber Courtesy Line at 214.252.3927 for details.

Student Rush

• On non-performance dates, the Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. During performances, the Box Office is open through the first intermission.
